Each year the studio pauses, to allow me to visit & study with my teacher in Bali.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tuesday + Thursday. 7am
Sun Sequence

Active + dynamic.
Balancing building strength + flexibility.
Excellent for improving overall mobility & confidence on the mat.

Thursday. 6pm
Moon Sequence

Gentle + therapeutic.
A counterbalance to dynamic practices.
Encourages deep self-awareness & connection to the present state.

Saturday. 8am
Sun Sequence 60mins

Active + dynamic
Short form of the sun sequence, with additional postures + strength exercises.
Challenging & rewarding
17 - 31 May this class will be 60min.


First time? What to bring. What to expect…

  • Walk down the long driveway lit with fairy lights and leave your shoes at the door.

  • Please arrive 10mins before class start time, for initial introduction to the Shala

  • Wear something you can comfortably move in.

  • Bring a small towel and in cooler months, some socks & a jumper to keep you cosy during rest.

  • Inform the teacher prior to practice, of any injuries or areas of concern

  • Please turn off mobile phones.

  • Try not to have too much in your belly a couple of hours before practice.

  • Turn up with an open mind and allow the practice to work it’s magic!
    Consistency is key!
